Music For the Sole: New Music Roundup 23/10

Another week comes around and we're rounding up some new tracks of the last week we're really liking in the office!

BADBADNOTGOOD + Samuel T. Herring - I Don't Know

Combining for another soul-tinged number, it's the Future Island's second effort with the Canadian jazz maestros following on from a collab on BBNG's IV in 'Time Moves Slow' It's a similar effort in feel, with a distinctly Motown influenced being displayed in full, and a beautiful string section winding their way in to the mix.

NxWorries (Anderson .PAAK & Knxwledge) - Best One (Remix)

Recently announcing a remix album of their breakout collaboration album 'Yes Lawd' Paak and Knxwledge have treated us to the first taste in this remix of one of the standout tracks, 'Best One', bringing a much more sombre affair to the mix, with lush backing vocals adding a melancholic air to proceedings.

TOKiMONSTA - Lune Rouge

Recovering after a brain injury caused her to forget how to walk, how to comprehend languages, and most devastatingly music too. Luckily, the recovery for her was speedy, and she's blessed us with a brand new album of downtempo dance and hip-hop pop bangers.

Samiyam & Jonwayne - What Can I Do

Recovering after a brain injury caused her to forget how to walk, how to comprehend languages, and most devastatingly music too. Luckily, the recovery for her was speedy, and she's blessed us with a brand new album of downtempo dance and hip-hop pop bangers.

DRAM & Trippie Redd - ILL NANA

At Soleheaven we love DRAM (F.K.A D.R.A.M.) a breath of fresh air in the mumble rap takeover. The guy has the ability to combine humour, crooning, rnb and hard hitting rap tracks in a full project, and that's what we're expecting from his follow up to Big Baby D.R.A.M.
