Mounir wins Just Jam 09
Just Jam lived up to hype yesterday as a world class line-up of Bboy’s tore up Newcastles Dance City venue.
French Bboy Mounir took the crown after beating Finland’s Hat Solo in the final.
This was Hat Solo’s second defeat in the Just Jam after Bboy Mouse beat him in last years final.
Mounir’s overall performance was outstanding, he stepped it up every round and he was always going to be tough to beat. He showed great variety, strength and rhythm and deserved the win.
We’ve got 4 hours of amazing footage from the event and we’ll bring you some videos later in the week.
Skippy by Snkr Frkr
Introducing the latest collab from Sneaker Freaker – Skippy
Sneaker Freaker have teamed up with New Balance to design and produce the NB 850 Skippy. The Skippy has a genuine Kangaroo leather upper, hence the name.
The release date is December 5th, and here’s a little teaser!
BBoy Mouse
Mouse Comes from a diverse streetdance background, Ereson ‘Mouse’ Catipon started bboying when he moved to England in 1996 from the Philippines.
He’s the winner of numerous solo bboy titles, Mouse’s name has gained international respect as the forerunner of the UK breaking scene.
In 2006, Mouse achieved his lifelong ambition and became the World Solo BBoy Champion!
He has now hooked up with SoleHeaven for the Just Jam comp on hopefully beyond.

Big Announcement – SoleHeaven has hooked up with Bboy Banner.
We’re really excited to be working with with this hugely talented breaker.
He started dancing in 1999 and now he blows away the competition with his raw and powerful style. A natural power-mover, Banner always puts a unique blow up move into his combinations, always ending with a sick freeze!

Clae’s for 2010…
Take a look at these beautifly subtle colourways from Clae shoes for 2010.
The style nearest is the Clae Kennedy in a soft grey/blue canvas.
The white perforated leather in the middle is the Clae Parker…and at the back in the Clae Khan in Caramel leather.
adidas ‘Laces’ Complex
Behold the new adidas ‘Laces’ building and administrative complex designed by architectural firm kadawittfeldarchitektur.
Its a proud moment for the whole sneaker industry when they start designing building’s around the artist form of the humble sneaker.
Maybe one day there will be a ‘Hi-Top’ skyscrapper gracing the city landscape somewhere?
The adidas Laces building is being built in the city of Herzogenaurach, Germany. The shell of the new building will be finished by mid-2011.
The adidas ‘Laces’ building is a bright white counterpart to the adjacent black Adidas brand center. The building was designed to fit into adidas’ existing ‘World of Sports’ campus, with a tempered atrium in the interior space. This plaza forms the heart of the new building and the office floors are organized around it.
The building is called ‘Laces’ because of the four horizontal white stripes that fold around the exterior of the building. They tie the building together and are reminiscent of adidas’ striped logo.

This chap loves his adidas trainers, and spent $1,000′s on adidas Rod Lavers, adidas Superstars, and many other adidas trainers over the years, and this is how they treat him.
Supra Dixon
In March 2010 Supra release a new version of the Dixon.
It’s called ‘the Dodger’ and it’s got a full suede upper in Blue with lovely grey midsole accents.
Sadly, the only image available at the moment is the CAD drawing you can see.
This is a limited edition model and will only be available in selected stores….SoleHeaven will be stocking the Dodger.
